through corporate support, strategic partners, PR and school partnerships.
The Challenge: To Use Earth Train's rich organizational history to find support for and launch its new chapter in Panama.
The Solution: An intense period of consulting in 2003. Organized international meetings and created targeted donor effort; provide coaching and consulting with board members. Revamped promotional materials and website; created DVD and marketing brochures. Identified cultural and institutional partners and events in the US and Panama.
